We work with international clients -- from small startups to agencies and big brands -- to figure out how to achieve their business goals through smart, beautiful, and high-functioning scalable web and mobile apps that genuinely engage their users and keep them coming back for more.

WHAT'S THE JOB LIKE?

Our team handles new project leads per week. We talk to everyone from budding entrepreneur-founders building their dream projects to agencies working on new projects to established companies with new ideas or seeking help on existing apps. Our innovative process and approach apply to all these projects and it's your job to explain to potential clients—if it's a project that's right for us to take--how we would handle their job and why we are uniquely positioned to do so.

One day might be putting together an e-commerce app proposal for a high-end Parisian fashion brand and the next you'll be crafting a strategy for an ex-Wall Street guy who wants to build his dream social network. You might talk to the world's top ophthalmologist about a new app for picking out ocular implants and prevents blindness minutes after brainstorming an app concept that lets users find movie dates. From RFPs to charity projects, you'll see it all.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Meet with new potential clients (inbound leads)

  • Generate and cultivate outbound leads

  • Start conversation around project direction & strategy

  • Lead deal structuring

  • Lead contract negotiations

  • Smoothly transition deals from sales into active projects

  • Oversee partnership programs where we refer leads that are too low-budget for us to handle

  • Oversee top-tier RFP/RFI responses


WHAT WILL AMAZE US

  • 3-6 years of experience with some combination of: digital, mobile, web product, consumer-tech, social media strategy, digital marketing

  • The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in an enthusiastic and inspiring manner

  • An insatiable curiosity and knowledge about all things tech, mobile, apps, etc

  • A working knowledge of a mobile device’s capabilities to the extent that most client questions can be answered without consulting a developer

  • An innate ability to synthesize various data, learnings, and research to articulate the most important and actionable insights

  • Strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities, simplifying complex concepts and strategies through design and logic

  • An interest and comfort level in standing in front of a client or a room full of peers to give their opinion or a presentation

  • A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing Ingenuity family (we love smart people with a dash of quirkiness and humor)

  • A strong sense of personal style

  • Experience in managing and leading sales teams
